The target and the sibling are not two creators copying each other: Roblox's game-pass API returns
the identical creator record, {"creatorType":"Group","creatorId":324466017,"name":"fiat for fiat"},
and the same pass icon pattern on both storefronts. The sibling's pass products were created on
2026-07-05 and the target's on 2026-07-07. (The sibling capture was truncated after three rows and
records the shared icon pattern rather than a re-read icon asset id, so only the pattern is asserted.) A third-party mirror reported 8,673 favourites for the
target against 915 for the sibling, which is consistent with the target being the primary
storefront, but that figure is mirror-reported and not official.
The main game is a genuinely different product. Its Place and Universe IDs are officially verified; the personal developer name Roytt appears only in public guides and is not verified here. Its creator is Animal Anomaly, its universe is
10148749921, and Roblox search showed roughly 31,399 concurrent players in it when this
site's data was collected, against a competitor wiki's published figures of about 45.2 million
visits and 216,000 favourites.
What actually differs
The sandbox is not a mode inside the main game. The wording people search for ("sandbox mode") implies a toggle inside Animal Hospital, but the evidence shows a separate Roblox experience with its own pass store in a separate universe. That is why a "sandbox mode" search does not lead to a mode setting.
The sandbox has its own paid passes. Five are on sale in universe 10464127035. The main game's pass set is a different set in a different universe, so a gamepass list written for the main game does not describe what this sandbox sells.
Features and progress do not appear to cross over. A public guide states that sandbox tools, admin access and customisation are exclusive to the sandbox and that progression in the official game stays separate. That claim comes from a single publisher without visible primary evidence, so it is reported here as their statement rather than as a verified fact. This site found no official statement on transfer either way.

A note on the name
The words "modded", "sandbox", "roleplay" and "anomaly" are used loosely across guides for all three experiences, and none of them reliably identifies a specific Place ID. The Place ID is the only reliable identifier, which is why this site leads with it.
